We designed the launch event of DeFacto's Matcha Perfume Collection as an experience aligned with the brand's theme of tranquility and elegance. Drawing inspiration from the calming energy of Matcha, we presented the products with a holistic setup from the flow of the venue to the experience areas; we provided visitors with a launch experience that conveyed the character of the collection both sensorially and aesthetically.

Project Summary
The DeFacto Matcha Perfume launch event was brought to life by BRO’vision as part of end-to-end experience management and concept design. Inspired by the themes of tranquility and elegance of matcha, the launch was transformed into a sensory experience that reflected the essence of the perfume.
Concept & Experience Design
The concept of the event was designed to carry the natural freshness and calm energy of matcha into the space. The launch area was designed with a minimalist yet impressive atmosphere; creating a flow of experience that visually, olfactorily, and emotionally supported the feminine character of the perfume.
Matcha Bar & Aromatic Experience Areas
The Matcha Bar created during the event offered participants a space that provided both an inner sense of calm and an aromatic experience parallel to the launch concept. The matcha-themed refreshments served at the bar became a physical extension of the perfume theme by bringing together aroma, taste, and atmosphere.
Event Management & Participant Flow
All processes of the launch organization; guest reception, stage flow, product promotion, and experience area coordination were managed end-to-end by the BRO’vision team. Guests had the opportunity to experience the world of Matcha Perfume throughout the event with a natural progression.
Result & Impact
The Matcha Perfume launch, realized with BRO’vision's experience engineering, turned into an encounter that strengthened the emotional bond between the brand and the participants. The event represented both the brand's vision and the character of the perfume strongly in the field as a calm, refined, and unforgettable launch experience.
