Moving beyond the classic product tasting concept, we crafted a sincere, energetic, and interactive brand experience that integrates into employees' daily routines. Project Summary

The launch of WeFood's new product was realized at the Karaca office under experience design and event management by BRO’vision. The goal was to transform product promotion from a passive presentation into a social experience with active participation from employees. The project was positioned as an activation that brings the brand message to a natural touchpoint within the flow of daily life.

Concept & Experience Design

The activation concept was built on a warm atmosphere that reflects WeFood's simple, natural, and additive-free brand identity. The communication language “No love bombing. No gaslighting. No gluten.” was positioned as a humorous yet clear expression in the spatial design and experience flow. Thus, the brand narrative was not only read but experienced.

Experience Area & Interaction Design

The experience area set up within the office was planned to allow participation without interrupting the employees' workflow throughout the day. A natural discovery process was created, supported by product tasting, one-on-one brand communication, and moments of social interaction. Participants developed an emotional connection with the brand while engaging with the product.

Operation & Event Management

All field flow, experience management, and operational processes were planned end-to-end by the BRO’vision team. The area setup, service flow, and participant guidance were organized to proceed with a flawless rhythm. Thus, the activation transformed into a living brand experience rather than a short-term event.

Conclusion & Impact

The WeFood x Karaca activation created a sincere and highly interactive brand meeting that integrated product launch with employee experience. The experience, which naturally included participants' daily routines, formed a sustainable touchpoint that increased product awareness while strengthening brand perception.
