DeFacto Summer Party

Project Summary

A special summer party reflecting the energy of the DeFacto brand's summer season was organized to offer an experience-focused brand meeting to the participants. The event, centered around fun, music, and social interaction, transformed the brand's young and dynamic identity into a physical experience.

Purpose & Strategy

The main purpose of the event was to promote DeFacto's summer collection in a fun atmosphere, bring the brand community together, and establish a strong emotional connection with the participants. An experience was designed to encourage social sharing and create high interaction.

Concept & Experience Design

Decor elements reflecting the spirit of summer were supported by an open and energetic area layout. Thanks to all-day activities and interactive experiences, participants became an active part of the event. Color, music, and movement were prioritized in the area design.

Event Management

The concept development, area layout, operation management, and experience flow of the event were planned end-to-end by BRO’vision. The program flow was organized to ensure a seamless participant experience.

Entertainment & Atmosphere

While the DJ performance set the rhythm of the event, fun activities increased participant interaction. Thanks to the social and energetic atmosphere, the brand experience was integrated with entertainment.

Result & Impact

The DeFacto Hello Summer Party created high interaction with participants by strongly supporting the brand's summer season communication with an impactful experience. The event transformed into a successful experience platform that strengthened brand perception and increased social sharing.
